Christmas Closet runs on an annual rhythm. Once you're a member, it just happens — the same time every year, without you lifting a finger. Your tier determines how much we do. All tiers include climate-controlled storage all year.
November
Your bins arrive at your door
We deliver your branded bins when you're ready to decorate. Self-Pack members unpack at their own pace — bins stay with you through the season. White Glove & Concierge: we unpack your decorations while we're there, then take the empty bins with us immediately.
November – December
Decorate. Enjoy. Celebrate.
Your decorations are out and your home looks exactly as it should. White Glove and Concierge members never see a storage bin. Self-Pack members keep their bins tucked in the garage — ready for January.
December 26 – January 15
We come back for everything
Self-Pack members pack their bins on their own schedule — we collect them and we're done. White Glove & Concierge: we return empty bins, pack every decoration while we're there, and leave with full bins the same visit. Zero bins left behind.
January – October
Climate-controlled until next November
Your packed bins go straight to our facility — a steady 68°F all year. No heat. No attic. No hauling. They'll be back at your door next November, right on schedule.
