Christmas Closet runs on an annual rhythm. Once you're a member, it just happens — the same time every year, without you lifting a finger. Your tier determines how much we do. All tiers include climate-controlled storage all year.
November
Your bins arrive at your door
We deliver your branded bins when you're ready to decorate. Self-Pack members unpack at their own pace — bins stay with you through the season. White Glove & Concierge: we unpack your decorations while we're there, then take the empty bins with us immediately.
November – December
Decorate. Enjoy. Celebrate.
Your decorations are out and your home looks exactly as it should. White Glove and Concierge members never see a storage bin. Self-Pack members keep their bins tucked in the garage — ready for January.
December 26 – January 15
We come back for everything
Self-Pack members pack their bins on their own schedule — we collect them and we're done. White Glove & Concierge: we return empty bins, pack every decoration while we're there, and leave with full bins the same visit. Zero bins left behind.
January – October
Climate-controlled until next November
Your packed bins go straight to our climate-controlled facility — a steady 72–75°F all year. No heat. No attic. No hauling. They'll be back at your door next November, right on schedule.

Tracked as your Christmas Closet
Every bin is labeled and scanned to your account. Your decorations are kept together as your collection — never mingled with anyone else's — and logged in and out, so we always know exactly what's yours and where it is.
Background-checked crews
The people who come into your home are vetted and background-checked — the same trained, uniformed team, not a rotating cast of strangers. We treat your home and your things the way we'd want ours treated.
A secured, dedicated facility
Your collection is kept in a professional, monitored, alarmed, access-controlled warehouse — not an open yard, not a self-storage row anyone with a gate code can walk. It's a purpose-built storage facility, and access is limited to our team and logged.
Insured in our care
We carry insurance on your collection while it's in our hands — in storage and in transit. In the rare event something is damaged while we're responsible for it, we make it right at documented replacement value.
Sealed, logged, and returned
Bins are closed and logged at pickup and checked back in at the warehouse. What goes in is what comes back — same bins, same collection, delivered to your door the following November.
